Smoked Oyster Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (3 oz) smoked oysters, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: Chopped fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dip Base:
    • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the Flavorings:
    • Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and smoked paprika. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Add the Oysters:
    • Gently fold in the chopped smoked oysters, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the dip.
